Principal

Stephanie McDaniel, a 25-year veteran of the firm, brings a deep passion for people and design as seen through the lenses of equity and sustainability. As a principal, her work has focused on complex laboratory and higher education projects and, as a highly skilled communicator and facilitator, Stephanie excels at leading teams to help clients identify and transform their visions into very functional and flexible environments.
