Susan has 35 years of experience, specializing in heath care design and behavioral healthcare design; and has spent almost 2 decades with BWBR. As a project manager, she coordinates and facilitates information flow throughout the project team, including clients, consultants, contractor, and third-party vendors. Susan promotes collaboration and teamwork while focusing on the owners’ project vision, schedule, and budget. With a passion for mentoring, she guides the team to produce technically precise, highly detailed, and well-coordinated results. She has worked with some of the biggest health organizations in the region and nation.
