The drive for constant improvement, how to be resilient, and the value of community — these are some of Ryan’s life influences from growing up on a farm in North Dakota that guide him in his work today. That influence can be seen in the projects he leads, from large urban medical centers to critical access hospitals and community clinics, where design has a positive impact, bringing long-term identity and pride to the people served by these organizations. Ryan provides overall team leadership, design vision, and results-oriented guidance throughout every project.
