Clinic and Specialty Center – Burnsville Parking Ramp
Park Nicollet
To accommodate the health needs of a growing population in the Twin Cities south metro, Park Nicollet worked with BWBR to create a master plan that redefines patient care for the Burnsville outpatient campus. The implemented first phase was completed in 2020, with additional phases planned. The new Burnsville Clinic and parking ramp project creates brand recognition in the community, and the exterior materials palette is purposefully the opposite of the existing facility, creating a “yin–yang” effect to improve campus wayfinding.
The new 341-stall parking ramp includes three levels above grade and a partial lower level. It accommodates increased parking needs due to the concurrent clinic expansion. The ramp is designed for future connection to the clinic and a horizontal expansion to double capacity.
