Hybrid Workspace
BWBR Architects, Inc.
In this new world of hybrid work, BWBR utilizes our offices as living test labs for a variety of work styles. The Saint Paul office renovation focused on creating spaces for more intentional, stronger teamwork whether people are in the office or connecting virtually. The three project goals were to foster community by creating accidental “collisions” between coworkers via social spaces and amenities, to support collaboration with intentional teaming spaces, and to provide plenty of dedicated opportunities for focus work.
With approximately 60% of Saint Paul office staff having elected hybrid work status, BWBR offers free address workstations that include sit-to-stand desks and various ergonomic seating options, all with plentiful access to natural light. For collaboration, the space features markerboards, new technology to enhance hybrid meetings, improved acoustics, two new team rooms, a hospitality bar, and opportunities to experience work on display.
